IELTS tests: rules and regulations
These Rules describe the mutual rights and obligations of Učilište Jantar as the test centre and of the test candidate, that is, the individual who books a test.
This is an English translation for your convenience. If the two versions differ, the Croatian text applies.
Every candidate must be familiar with all the provisions of these Rules.
For candidates who are minors, their parents must be familiar with all the provisions of these Rules.
Booking a test
- Candidates book through the Test Taker Portal on the website https://ieltsregistration.britishcouncil.org/
- A booking is considered complete only once the test fee has been received in full, which confirms the reservation for the test on the test date in question.
- Personal data collected through the booking form is used solely for registration for the test and taking it, for issuing the certificate, and for communication between Učilište Jantar and the candidate.
Special arrangements for the test
- Special arrangements for the test can be provided for candidates with special needs (e.g. blindness, dyslexia, hearing impairment and the like) and for candidates with limited mobility (e.g. wheelchair users).
- If a candidate needs special arrangements for the test, the candidate must notify Učilište Jantar by e-mail at ielts@jantar.hr.
Changing a test date, cancelling and results
The conditions for changing a test date and for cancelling are described on the Dates and fees page, and results and re-marking on the Results page.
